Terms of Service

Effective July 14, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service are between you and the developer of LiftLore (collectively, “LiftLore,” “we,” or “us”). By downloading or using LiftLore, you agree to these terms.

Using LiftLore

LiftLore grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app for lawful workout logging and progress tracking. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for maintaining access to your device and backups.

Health and safety

LiftLore is a fitness log, not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical, training, or safety advice. Exercise involves risk. Stop and seek qualified help when appropriate.

Future AI guidance

AI coaching is not active. If introduced, AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances and must not be treated as medical advice or a guarantee of results.

Your content

You retain responsibility for workout names, notes, imported text, and other information you enter. Do not use the app to store unlawful content or information you lack permission to use.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, or discontinue features as LiftLore evolves. Back up information you cannot afford to lose. Paid features will show their price and any additional terms before purchase.

Third-party services

Your device, App Store access, and iPhone Backup are provided under Apple’s terms. Future integrations may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LiftLore is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or training results. LiftLore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Ending use

You may stop using LiftLore and delete it at any time.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by applicable law without limiting mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@getliftlore.com.
